Great service gave plenty of options on repair explained each option in order for me to choose the best repair for the garage door springs. Would hire them again
Fast, efficient, helpful
My garage door was a mess; loose cable, could not manually open it, not flush to the floor when closed, and finally, the cable came off of one side. $50 for coming to the house to look at the door. The service person told me I should call the company that installed the springs 18 months ago, and maybe I could get the repair done on warranty. He basically told me that the door was old and heavy and the needed repairs by Precision would take several thousand dollars. More of a salesperson than a repair technician. Why would I ... read more
