Reseating a crown A crown on tooth #31 dislodged while flossing. I called Palm Springs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry as a new patient and they saw me that day! Fortunately, there were no problems underneath the crown and after a thorough cleaning, it was reseated and I was on my way.

My first time with you. A friendly welcome was provided by Emily and Blanca, I filled out the necessary forms, and was ushered into the office by Diego who checked my teeth, took photos, then x-rays. Dr. Tom reviewed the photos, explained that the damage would not be easily repaired, and Diego then took molds of my mouth and teeth, and I'm signed up for a follow-up visit in two weeks. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and professional, and I was pleased to meet them all.

With a recommendation from a friend, I called the practice for relief. I was scheduled for that same day , received a consultation and the dreaded treatment. Numbing and extraction of tooth and a bone graft. All went extremely well. Dr. Tom is the best. No pain. DA Diego was very caring. And Peta was just a wonderful pleasant person. I am a snow bird and am glad I had someone to turn to that is competent and trustworthy. A great team.

I was extremely pleased with my first visit — the physical setting, the receptionists Peta and Emily, the assistant (Shaun) who attended to me, AND Dr. Shepherd. I feel I made an excellent call in choosing this dental office. Not thrilled about the work I have to have done, but I believe I’m in very good hands!
