I'm smiling with gratitude! I came to Dr. Tom asking for help. The 4th denture that I'd had in a year had broken and I couldn't go back to the same dental practice again. Not only did Dr. Tom fix the broken denture, so that I had something to wear while we started from scratch and made me a whole new set. The experience took almost 3 months but, am I pleased? Since just moving to the area, I feel lucky to have found Dr. Shepard. As a first time patient with Dr. Shepard and not knowing what to expect, I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. The exam and review of the results were thorough, and the staff were very personable and kind. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Shepard and his staff to anyone seeking dental services

A friendly welcome was provided by Emily and Blanca, I filled out the necessary forms, and was ushered into the office by Diego who checked my teeth, took photos, then x-rays. Dr. Tom reviewed the photos, explained that the damage would not be easily repaired, and Diego then took molds of my mouth and teeth, and I'm signed up for a follow-up visit in two weeks. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and professional, and I was pleased to meet them all.
A crown on tooth #31 dislodged while flossing. I called Palm Springs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry as a new patient and they saw me that day! Fortunately, there were no problems underneath the crown and after a thorough cleaning, it was reseated and I was on my way.
