I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment (4:30pm) and when I got there, there was another customer getting a perm and trim....after waiting around about 25 minutes with no update or even being acknowledged, I leave....fyi the room/salon is so small too the smell of the perm fumes was overwhelming and would be overbearing for anyone with allergies...needless to say will not be going there again
