Stopped in for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. What I got was $700 worth of damage to my undercarriage at least I know they rotated my tires because they never changed the tire pressure (65psi in the front 72psi in the back is what it should be). I left messages and have got no return phone call...
Even though I had a rough experience before this time service was great! Tom was awesome. He made sure the car was serviced with everything needed and he was able to get it done in the time quoted originally with a few minutes to spare. I am grateful to have a service agent like Tom to help out!

I can not thank Tom Walter enough for all he did for us.We had a 2014 Jeep that was horrible, we had nothing but problems.We were never going to buy another Jeep or go back to the dealer. He listened to all of our complaints and there were alot, lol.I am happy to say after Tom listening to us we left the dealer with a Jeep again.We can not be happier with our purchase, we love it .
