Precision Chem Dry did a very good job on my carpets my little dog had an accident on the carpet and they were able to get the spot and smell out, they did a awesome job on my carpet I was extremely happy and impressed on the job they did I really recommend them.

I had my carpets cleaned sat by Andre and Jimmy. I was so impressed by their professionalism and results! I would recommend this company to anyone. They also left a quote for my tile and grout which I will be calling them back to schedule next month
I initially had a appointment for a $69 three room special which turned into $200. The technician said $69 was a spot cleaning and was not very good. So I was charged $200 for 3 bedrooms which seemed a little pricey, but if they did a good job it would be worth it. Well they literally spent 20 minutes to clean 3 bedrooms and 1 through rug and the end result looks like they spent 5 minutes per room.
