Great Job – People say you get what you pay for, but that is not the case with this company. You get more! I didn't have high expectations considering they were doing my whole house for $79 bucks, but I was shocked at how clean my carpets turned out. I also appreciate them actually showing up! I had booked with another company earlier in the week (I won't name names) and they no-showed me!
Why Did I Ever Clean My Own Carpets!? – I have been wasting so much energy cleaning my carpets myself. What was I thinking?! I wish I would of called sooner. The price was less than quoted! When does THAT ever happen? I felt the cleaners were trustworthy and very nice. We had great results! Need I say more? Thanks guys!
Good job...will be calling again in the future. – I had a very good experience with this carpet cleaning company. He told me when he would be at my house to clean my carpet and got there when scheduled. I had some pet stains that he was able to get out of my off white carpet, and even got a rust spot up that had been there for who knows how long. I will definitely be calling Jason again to clean my carpet.
Unprofessional, irresponsible, fled the scene! – My roommate spoke to Jason and scheduled an appointment for a Friday evening; they never showed. They didn't answer their phone and didn't return my voicemail. My roommate called a few days later to express our dissatisfaction, and Jason claimed they had no record of our appointment (bad sign!). Cleaning Disaster!!! – The only reason that we gave this company one star is because you can't publish the review without rating it. Citysearch needs to have a deduction star rating system in this case. Called the owner Jason to book carpet clean, tile clean and clean two silk blend chairs. On-time, Great Cleaning, Will Call Again, Owner is very Friendly – I have used Precision Carpet Care several times in the last few years. I always use their coupons found in the back of the ATT Yellow Pages too. The company is owned by a young guy who works with his dad and brother in law, so the owner is the one actually coming to my home. I have trusted them to work in my home, while I ran errands and completely trust them to do the job they promise.
