I've used Precision 3 times in the past couple years at my Texas home. In that time, I have gotten to know Kylie & Jason pretty well. I travel a lot for work & am happy that I can trust them to clean my floors in my absence.
Update: Owner called and apologized for any misunderstanding/communication. Offered a discount for future service or to come clean the stains again. Advised he treated stains however, they just would not come up. Overall, they did a great job with what they had to work with. Would recommend!

CM123 I have 3 kids, 2 dogs, a dozen relatives visiting for the holidays, and...white carpet! When replacing an entire house worth of carpet is just too much, please! Do yourself a favor and call Precision Carpet Care. At first they couldn't promise they could fix all the damage done to the carpet, but they showed up on time and my white carpets are back to looking amazing. I'm so relieved...5 stars!
Very Good Service – I had these guys come out and clean my carpets after my kid's birthday party. 20 kids under the age of 8 can really make a mess and I decided to let the pros handle this one. They were able to get the carpets looking pretty close to new - I'm most impressed that they got out a baseball sized stain of orange KoolAid from my carpets. The carpets smell fresh and look good. Precision Carpet Care does fast work and very good quality work, too. No complaints from me, this was definitely worth what they charge.
