Bought some lav mics here a few months back. Had a linking issue I just couldn't figure out. Came in today and Kyle helped me out and showed me it was an easy fix. Very grateful to Precision for this service. Highly recommend.

Went in with film camera equipment I received as a gift which I won't be able to use. My idea was to sell it 2 precision camera. I was immediately greeted by two employees, Charlotte and Josh, who were very helpful with this situation.
I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars here. Customer service is always hit and miss. I was in on a very slow Sunday to purchase a lens cap and not one employee offered to ring up my sale. I made eye contact with one employee who did say hello, and she was with a customer so I totally understand she could not help me but she could have at least asked another employee if they could help.
