Purchased a Cervelo P2 in 2014 and had seat post problems from the start. The last few months the seat post would fall every ride. The crew at Precision Bikes got in touch with Cervelo to discuss options. After trying to fix the seat post, Cervelo sent a new frame and fulfilled their lifetime frame warranty. Thank you for the help and getting me back on the road quickly. Great service from Mark, Paul, and Amanda.

Just want to say that Amanda helps Precision Bikes to be the best bike shop in Lafayette. My only days off have usually been on Wednesday when the shop is closed. I needed a new water bottle cage for my bike and she brought it to the time trial last night. Now that is service! Curb side delivery and service!
