From the first phone call with Mark. To when I walked into his shop he made the whole process about buying a bike very personal and professional even for a beginner like me. He was very informative and thorough with everything. He helped me get fitted into my first tribike. I will ALWAYS use him for my future purchases. I live an hour an a half away from his shop and will gladly make the drive. People around Lafayette are fortunate to have this shop in their town. Thank you for your help.
