disappointed with my experience. I went in for a standard car service with no issues and They recommended and carried out expensive work on my front brakes. They also told me I needed four new tyres. When I went to Bob Jane for another opinion, I was told only two needed replacing. That conflicting advice has left me questioning their recommendations, including whether all the brake work I paid for was necessary. Based on my experience, I’d recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to repairs.
Excellent customer service and excellent car service. Angelo is a legend. Would not hesitate to recommend or go back.

Jack and his team always accommodate my last minute bookings within a day or two of me calling. Great easy drop off and always call with anything that is required that we had not discussed with a full quote before doing the work. Ability for a later than most pick up after work with full details of what has been done and itemised invoice. Always a great service, I’ve been going for years and will continue to do so. They have looked after our Volvo and Mazda extremely well.
Very disappointing experience. I was told I was meant to be there yesterday, when I know the appointment was for today. Instead of handling the situation professionally and simply clearing up the misunderstanding, the mechanic went off at me in front of his workers. There was no phone call or follow-up to confirm the appointment, and the communication overall was extremely poor.
