The team at Precision Automotive service were nothing short of INCREDIBLE, fitting me in with an already packed schedule and helping explain transparently what needed to be done to the car before the proceeded. Even after when I went to pick the car up the amazing team were more than happy to walk through the service to ensure I understood. This is Priceless as someone who doesn’t know a thing about cars. AS A FEMALE, DO NOT COME HERE EVEN IF YOURE DESPERATE! At first it was ok, he agreed to put a part in and it ended up being somewhat faulty but he didn’t tell us and proceeded with works till after it was done. Said it was a 2 hour job but was completed in 20 minutes. Because of lying about Time frames and trying to charge more, he agreed to order the part in and do it with no extra labour cost.
