2 weeks now and noone can tell us anything about the status of our vehicle! They have told us 3 times, we will have Julia call you back...we have yet to talk to Julia! Not impressed with this place at all!

My first experience with AutoBody Express was perfect from start to finish, so they were my first choice when hail damage took out my truck. I booked an appointment a month in advance due to the understandably long wait times. I dropped the truck off 13 days ago. I have confirmed that your insurer has responded to our initial supplement and we received their updated estimate on the 28th. My vehicle was reardy for pickup befote promised. Job was completed as promised to my satisfaction. My car was returned washed, vacuumed, and cleaned to my great surprise. Hats off to a job well done.
