I was referred by a friend that had a great job down there. My experience was nothing even close, long story short it was hail damage I had to bring my truck back three times and the truck is still not right I was definitely not willing to keep going back, they won. I will say each time I was listening to and the repairs still needed were documented, as far as how they treat you it was wonderful as far as the repairs itself not so much.
Dealing with a car accident is never on the top of anyone's list. But if you have to deal with one, I wouldn't recommend any other place to help you through it. The Staten family is an excellent example of good business people. They are thoughtful and community oriented. Professional excellence right here!
Had a repair on some roof damage. Repair was perfect. Had another incidental issue that came up, and they handled it with perfect customer service and professionalism. Great staff and manager.
They did excellent work on my car and the customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend Auto Body Express!
I've used AutoBody Express two different times and both times I was very pleased. All employees were extremely courteous and knowledgeable and the repair was done quickly and correctly.
