Thanks for the quick paintless dent repair after the hailstorm! Only had my SUV for a few days, and appreciated the text updates. The facility is state of the art, very clean, and convenient.

In short my car needed a new bumper due to a lady backing into my parked car, they had my car 2 weeks and kept telling us the second week they would call us back but on 3 occasions never did, I finally had to get the manager involved to find out when my car would be finished...Still waiting on his call back, rather a disappointment considering the feedback I've read here, progressive insurance needs to rethink their preferred partners.
Their management needs some major improvement. And the owner needs to help his employees as much as he does the insurance companies. Otherwise people are going to start getting what their insurance is paying for which is about half of what it should be.
