RecommendedI went to get a quote from one of their competitors and felt like their price was extremely high based on a previous windshield I had to replace. I went straight to Precision Auto Glass and found that the other business was overcharging by several hundred dollars. They seemed as put off as I was when I told them the numbers I received from the other business. They were respectful, and seemed to care about keeping the customer as well as gaining the customer. They have gained m business. 5 Stars!

Everything started out fine working with Zach initially. Until I realized that there was a defect in the aftermarket windshield that they installed. At that point Zach became completely unresponsive in getting the issue resolved. In fact, it took 6 full weeks to get a replacement! And even then I had to file another claim with my insurance company to get their defective windshield replaced.
