I've been to Precision many times over the past 10 years or so for various issues with my cars. Nick is awesome, always honest, professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him. Note: Precision doesn't do emissions testing even though Google says they do.
These guys are awesome. Brought my car in with a ton of issues and they were amazing. Were transparent with the needed repairs and costs and got everything done very quickly at a great price. Highly recommend.
I called the guy 2 weeks in advance, he said he would call me back because he was too busy. I left my info. 2 weeks later, still no call back. I called him back and he starts giving me an attitude and says I was supposed to drop off my truck . Very unprofessional, at the end of the day I'm paying you. I don't get why you're in this type of business if you can't be professional when speaking to people. I see wayy too many mechanics like this. They claim to be business owners but just focus on the labor side of the business
