My sister purchased the freezer today and plugged it in and it smelled like it was burning and I called the shop to tell them, and was told by Dave to not worry about it. I read online that it could cause protentional fire, Dave was not concerned about the safety and advised that it's fine if it's cold enough. I told him that I'm worried about safety and he told me with frustration that if I don't like it, bring it back to the warehouse. It's not easy to bring it back. After 6 months, my washer went kaputt. I did try and go talk to them, but all they could offer was an oh well, sorry. I understand it was under a 90-day warranty, but at $300, I maybe could have made a better purchase.
Purchased an electric range and couldn't be happier! The pricing was great and the products come with a 90 day warranty. I am glad they were flexible on holding on to it until I could get a vehicle to transport it home. Staff were very friendly and they answered all my questions. Thanks for everything!
5+ stars!! Excellent service! Went above and beyond in helping and providing information about appliances. We even had a dead battery and Paul and the other floor gentlemen helped us out and helped get us loaded and on our way!
