My washer did not work as soon as I got it home. Think long and hard about what a warranty means, when you have to return them to the store to be repaired. They’re only open during working hours. I will have to take time off work and have a friend do the same. I will have to remove railing in the staircase. again. Not once, but two times. My sister purchased the freezer today and plugged it in and it smelled like it was burning and I called the shop to tell them, and was told by Dave to not worry about it. I read online that it could cause protentional fire, Dave was not concerned about the safety and advised that it's fine if it's cold enough. I told him that I'm worried about safety and he told me with frustration that if I don't like it, bring it back to the warehouse. It's not easy to bring it back. After 6 months, my washer went kaputt. I did try and go talk to them, but all they could offer was an oh well, sorry. I understand it was under a 90-day warranty, but at $300, I maybe could have made a better purchase.

Purchased an electric range and couldn't be happier! The pricing was great and the products come with a 90 day warranty. I am glad they were flexible on holding on to it until I could get a vehicle to transport it home. Staff were very friendly and they answered all my questions. Thanks for everything!
