Terrible experience, first the mechanic nit picks the inspection. Then he shows up late for the reinspection and is not only rude but aggressive. Fortunately, the little greaseball didnt scare me at all. Yes, no reccommendation nor referral, quite the opposite actually. I will go out of my way to deter others from going here.
New location, guy couldn't hear customer give his number. Asked him four times. I had no trouble hearing him. Then, when it was my turn, they didn't have me in the book. Very poor customer service.
I would recommend them for all your car needs, friendly service and fast.
Fast and friendly service! I had my oil changed and I like the fact that they do a overall check of your vehicle. They check the brakes, other fluids and filters!
My first experience with Precision Alignment & Break was an email scam. I have never done business with this company but they asked me to rate the service I had received. Beneath the star ratings was a button "I have not done business with this company." Needless to say, rather than rate a business I had not done business with, I pressed the alternative button, which took me to a link offering me $10 off my next service appointment.
