Called Thursday around 3:45/4pm looking for the parts department... place closes at 5pm and no one was there.... everyone had gone home. Odd. Called Friday morning and spoke to the parts department and informally set it up to drive up from meadville this afternoon and have my car measured for a part.... scoot out of work and get up here before 3:30 to be met with a locked door, all lights off. Called and no answer. not big on writing bad reviews but super disappointed I have to keep looking for a place to get my work done

Horrible experience, went here to get two new front tires on our 2018 Dodge 3500 and the driver side window was left down in a rain storm AND they broke our Rim cover. They didn’t make good on the damage and attempted to lie about it. Complete lack of respect and very poor costumer service.
Kind and curteous staff. service is normally quick and as painless as it can be. decent selection of custom parts for various makes and models of trucks and SUVs. Fair prices and knowledgeable staff.
Fast and friendly service. Both times I contacted this shop they were able to get me in the same day. They are very honest people.
