As always, Justin did a great job diagnosing the problem, suggesting the solution and walking me through choices. Ronaldo came early, was very courteous and started the outside removal process immediately. Chris and Jason were very nice, considerate of our home and efficient in their work. I was shown the finished product and given opportunity to ask questions. All in all, the guys did a bang-up job!

Brian, Chris & Justin did a great job on my recent install of a new HE package unit! As always, they were very professional and friendly. I recommend Precision HVAC to all of my friends and family. I always have a great experience with everyone on the team and I really appreciate it!
At one time we went through three other companies assigned to us through our home warranty and none of them came close to the professionalism, the knowledge, and efficiency of Precision. We've used Precision three or four times for different heating/ cooling issues, and they do excellent and timely work every time!
I've been a Precision customer for 5 years and they continue to impress me with their professionalism, helpfulness, and their sense of dedication to their customers. From Kathe taking my call late Sunday afternoon, Amanda making sure I knew when folks would be at the house, Justin's inspection and suggestions for new parts, and all the folks that brought window units, replaced the defective part, and finished the job with excellence, the entire team is SUPER! I highly recommend Precision for any of your HVAC needs!

Thse guys came to my house at around 10 in the morning and didn't leave until everything was installed and working properly, around 12:45 that evening. They worked throughout the day, in a good humor and with a patience that I'm not sure even I would have had in a similar situation. They were friendly, courteous and acted with the utmost professionalism. I would certainly vouch for this team and this company and give them five stars plus, for a job well done!
I've used Precision HVAC since 1999, and I have nothing but the highest regard for the company and their employees. I have had two HVAC systems and two water heaters installed over the years as well as routine maintenance and repair jobs and have no complaints. Their people arrive when promised (or never fail to call on those rare ocassions they get stuck on an earlier job).
