I can’t stress what a wonderful company this is! We purchased a new AC unit 15 months ago and recently started noticing the ac having trouble. After 2 service calls that did not resolve the issue (a leak they couldn’t find), the owner called my husband and told us they would replace it with a brand new unit at no cost. It was installed yesterday in a tidy and efficient manner. Talk about customer service!! I will recommend them to all my family, friends and clients. Well done, Precision!! 👏🏼

Justin came out today and fixed our issue in about a half hour! They are honest and friendly and will definitely be our go-to hvac from here on. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
