I have been a customer since 1987, so that ought to tell you something. Tonight I will sleep in the cool because Doug and Dustin spent almost twelve hours replacing my condenser, compressor, and precipitator. Larry's father was a perfectionist and Larry follows in his footsteps.
I had a experience with these guys. The technician came over, he seemed a little rude and off edge. everything got fixed that I wanted. my sister was at the house. after the technician left. She had told me that the young man that was working on the system had started talking to her, and had groped her but. she waited to tell me after he had left so there would not be a seen. y'all can't have people representing a company like this. The only HVAC company I will ever use!! No one can touch these guys on any level.
I never give anyone a perfect score but I'd be willing to give these guys 4.5 for sure. From Justin coming out to give me an estimate (and by the way, he's the guy who sold me on this company with his great customer service to begin with) to the installation by Chris and Doug. Yah, it took a bit longer than originally expected but as a DIY kind of guy, I've discovered most projects generally do. These folks are top-notch and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done in their home or office.
Don't use these guys. They lie. They throw in hidden charges that they don't tell you about. They guy that came to fix my air, smelt like they were smoking on something. I'll never use them again. Thanks Chris.

As a new customer, I was very impressed with their customer service. An appointment to service my heater was arranged the same day I called. I was called when the technician left the office and he arrived at 4 PM as scheduled. Mark was very professional and polite. Because it was raining , he took care to cover his shoes before entering the house. As he began to service the heater, he detected a fault in the heat transfer system that caused small amount of carbon monoxide to escape. He turned off the unit and explained what ... read more
