i had my air ducts cleaned and was given a quote between 125 and 155. when the bill came, it was 180, but after i reached out, tracy got in touch and refunded me 55 for the mix up. i really appreciate a company that stands by their word. i would definitely use them again for air duct cleaning.

we had a really bad odor coming from one of our vents and were worried it was something serious. we contacted this air duct cleaning team, and tracy was able to quickly find where the smell was coming from and take care of the problem. after removing the source, they cleaned and disinfected the vent area so everything smelled fresh again. they even came out on a sunday night, which was awesome. very professional and efficient—i would definitely recommend their air duct cleaning services.
