Precise management absolutely the worst company to manage HOA. The only star they get is for being quick to collect there money. Which you would think they would be ashamed to accept being they provide awful service. All these older ladies are RUDE! They don’t seem to care when you point it out they almost seem proud of there behavior. PMs payment portal system needs to be updated to current standards, change their security system, which now seems to tow homeowner vehicles that are registered and without warning. Property manager and office never answer calls and are only open Monday -Thursday.
If I can give them a zero star review… I would. Very complicated to get in contact with. Overall, trash customer service. I received my bill in the mail and the link provided to pay does not work😐.
Precise Management is the worse company I have experienced in my life. As a Condo owner in HOA managed by Precise Management, I have been waiting on a call from my property manager for over six months. Every time I send an email, I get a response from one of the employees that I have forwarded your email to your property manager to review and respond. Ask for Courtney and she will be empathetic and helpful; she's great. Marianne is professional. The 3rd person (anonymous) is not the person you want to deal with. Huge difference with who you speak to so be polite and ask who's helping you. 3 stars reflects prior experiences which lead me to find the names of those willing to help (the rating is balanced out between the 1 star or lower I'd give the anonymous person, and the 4 to 5 stars I'd give the rest of my experiences with the right people)
