I took my son to braces treatment in this place and I regret ever second! $4k on the trash! He now is starting in a new place ....
The rating goes for the people in the front desk. I was offered a promotion with free retainers. Braces have been paid off about 1 or 2 years ago. About 2/3 months ago I was told I needed to pay a $2000 balanced I owed. I told them it wasn't possible because it was an agreement they had with me and "promotion" of $2000 off on my braces with free retainers and the only reason I went through with getting the braces. Manger then came out and told the receptionist it was "okay". About 1 month ago I am ready to get my braces off ... read more
