Wonderful experience, preserving memories of our best friend. The staff is excellent, and makes sure your experience is calming. I can't say enough about their care in preserving our memories, and how quickly they assisted us!!!
Great service for when you need it. The staff was caring and kind. The only problem I had is when our Tayzer passed we started calling at 3am and no one answered the phone until 9am not even an answering service. We also had to help the young man who they sent place our boy in the van they sent. That is the reason I can only give 4 stars.
At the time of our greatest loss, Life Tails treated us with respect and concern over the loss of our 11 year old rottweiler, Jethro. Patrick didn't laugh at us in our sadness, and completely understood what we were going through. I do recommend Life Tail's to anyone who may lose a furry four legged member of the family. Thank you, Life Tails, for making a difficult time a little easier.
This is the second time we have had our beloved pets cremated at Betzler. Phenomenal care and outstanding compassion. Thank you for providing this wonderful service as closure to our family.
My partner Gerritt Stulp and I lost our beautiful Jack Russell Gracie Lou on the 4th of July. Patrick and the staff of Betzler Funeral Home were so kind and made themselves available on a holiday to bring our baby girl in. We even got to meet Hollie and her sister on a return visit! It was so nice to have so much compassion and support offered during such a hard time. Thank you!
