RecommendedSending my Brady over the rainbow bridge was a little less painful with all the professionalism and kindness that the Life tails team showed to me. They treated my pet with as much respect as a human family member. The “life tail” was written beautifully and a true gift. We were able to drop Brady off on a weekend after an in home euthanasia. They were so amazing in cremating my first girl I've owned myself, Kiara. The wooden box that she now rests in is beautifully made and they were very accommodating. They offer a variety of services like a fur clipping, ink print impression, ect.
I highly recommend Life Tails. I saw their brochure at our vet several years ago and knew who we would be going with at the final time. They tag your pet from beginning to end, so you know for certain the ashes you receive are your pets. The staff is so professional and treated our precious pet with dignity and respect. I have no words for the care and compassion Life Tails has given us. We had the opportunity to see our fur baby just prior to cremation this morning and the whole staff and crew were comforting, patient.. honestly everything I needed for my final goodbye. Life Tails was a recommendation to us after our cat Rizzo passed away. The staff was very friendly, respectful, helpful, and did not upsell us items or services we did not want. The cremation packages are a great value for the money and the urn was very nicely crafted. Best of all? They have metal ID tags on the ash bags so that the ashes you receive are guaranteed to be your pet's ashes. I definitely recommend Life Tails for anyone who needs a pet cremation service.
