RecommendedThey did such a wonderful job! They treated my cockatiel, Tweak, like she was the most important pet. In my horrifying grief they were able to make me smile with the wonderful life story that they wrote for Tweak. I can actually have some peace now because of them. This place is so thoughtful and caring. Life tails picked up our dog Duke from Pet Vet and called me letting me know they had him in their possession the same day we put him down and he would be getting cremated the next day. I received a beautiful wood box & paw print for our beloved Duke. They called me Monday letting me know I could come pick him up. Life Tails does a beautiful job and provides such compassionate and caring service when you need it most. The carved wooden boxes are lovely, as are the photo collages. Thank you for all you do!
What and absolutely amazing experience we had memorializing our cat, Peschi! From the moment we called to the moment we picked up the urn, Scott, Patrick, Sue and Noe showed us great concern and compassion with the level of care that you would see with a human loved one. It didn't even take 2 full days to get our cat back. I can't express our gratitude for this incredible and necessary business. Worth every penny!!
