I call for an appointment..he is prompt..but blocks my drive way with his van..which by the way needs to be toned down. (The van alone was enough to rate him a 1.. it does not take all that to say you love god) He takes two hours to diagnose the problem..quotes me 1200 dollars, I ask him to explain the problem because I can't read his hand writing. .he gives a general explanation .I was asking for a detailed explanation..he made me feel like i was bothering him..then charges 75 dollars for the visit..
