I've rented from them for 5 years +, and Jerry, Shawntay, Benny Jennifer, etc are all phenomenal. Highly recommend renting from them. Benny is incredible at his job.
I’ll post a lengthy two page review after I am done filing a multiple case against them in small courts. I started to dormant everything since I purchased the property. If you plan to buy, message me and I’ll give you a honest feedback.
Horrible experience with these people. I applied for an apartment on Friday, got approved on Saturday, and then on Tuesday they told me they had rented the unit to someone else on Sunday... it's crazy how unprofessional they are. Don't waste your time with them!
I purchased a brand new home from PRDC 1.5 years ago, and I at the time I had already read all the bad reviews they had garnered but figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I can now confirm that those other reviews are 100% accurate. I had a horrible experience with PRDC Properties and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a rental in Center City (especially if you’re a nursing/medical/masters/etc student). The issues began right from the start, particularly with Shawntay, who was supposed to assist in the rental process. Her lack of responsiveness was appalling.
