Negligent and low quality developer for the River Pointe development. They have been non existent to get ahold of after they put together a dump of a project. The team needs to come out to the property to see how terrible of a “completed” project they put together. What an embarrassment

I've rented from them for 5 years +, and Jerry, Shawntay, Benny Jennifer, etc are all phenomenal. Highly recommend renting from them. Benny is incredible at his job.

Horrible experience with these people. I applied for an apartment on Friday, got approved on Saturday, and then on Tuesday they told me they had rented the unit to someone else on Sunday... it's crazy how unprofessional they are. Don't waste your time with them!
