They used a pic of the garage roof and said it was the front of the house...also said the roof needed looked at when it was just installed and bad wood replaced .They couldn't inspect the main due to the fact they did not have a ladder that could reach that high or were unwilling to actually inspect,also apparently couldn't operate the garage door opener so claimed that doors were inoperable.Damaged various things such as light switch ,door casing and weather stripping.If you're buying or selling look elsewhere for an honest... read more
Ryan was very professional and ledt no nook or cranny inspected. Even before we arrived, he was outside inspecting the grounds and the roof. He was very friendly and answered any questions that we haf. Their rates are very affordable and I highly recommend them!

Start to finish, PRC- Home Inspections was professional, thorough and friendly. Buying a new home can be overwhelming with all that's involved but working with Monica and Ryan was definitely a positive experience. Monica was the go to person. She set up time and emailed. Scott showed on time. Very courteous and did the job well. After the inspection was done he went over everything he did, let me know the concerning areas , and showed me those areas with pictures or physical. He answered all my questions. Received all reports that afternoon except for radon. On top of all communication. Highly recommend Scott Frey.
