This wasn’t a good experience from the start..When appointment times are scheduled & meeting times are scheduled they are equally important in letting you see what kind of company or person you’ll be getting involved with! Easy to deal with. Sent a nice basket for the holidays.
Their agent Brad Ring was unprofessional and horrible to work with. Not only was he inattentive, he wasn’t willing to help during the process even though it’s his job to do so- when I was asked to submit some specific documentation, I was confused and asked him to clarify, and what I got in return was “ask your accountant.” I called another agent, and was told it was a form I needed to fill out.
