I called twice to see if the truck was still available with no response, I then drove by, saw the truck pulled in to look and waited for about 20 mins and got no assistance . Very poor customer service
I had to find someone to even inquire about vehicle. They did respond to me by email quickly about the vehicle prior to going to see it which was nice

It looks like we have a couple reviews here because of customers not being helped.First thing here at Praylea's we don't believe in high pressure we will not chase somebody down once they come on to are lot.We believe in giving are customers a chance to look around and see if they like something before a salesman is chasing them down asking questions.Second we are a small family business with normally only one or two salesman working.That being said we do get over ran at times and aren't able to get out there to greet a cust... read more
