Have been going to Dr Modi for awhile as have many of my relatives. Had a health issue while out of town. Sent a message through their portal. In less than 10 minutes the office responded and I was doing a virtual visit with him. It was 1 hour and 40 minutes from when I sent my message until I was taking the prescription and the pharmacy was forty minutes from us. His patience and responsiveness has always been well above that of other doctors I have seen.
