Ribs were so dry, service was wonderful but the food was so disappointing. We had traveled from MS and had Pratt’s on our agenda, won’t bother next trip.
RecommendedPratt’s catered our sons wedding reception and I must say the food was outstanding! We had brisket and smoked chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes and rolls. Many of our guests commented how good the food was, and the 2 ladies that set everything up were very nice and efficient! I would highly recommend Pratt’s !
The service was the only thing that was perfect here. My appetizer of friend green tomatoes was just horrible! The breading fell off and the tomatoes were mushy. My entree was the smoked meatloaf. Very dry, over cooked and smothered in way too much bbq sauce. The mustard potato salad was a disgrace. Very dry. Chunks of potatoes just to firm. No seasoning. The collards were ok.
