The staff is very polite, friendly, and hard working. The food is hands down the BEST BBQ in this area. They have multiple choices for BBQ sauce that are all very flavorful. I definitely will be back. You should definitely give it a try.
The food is great but really disappointed that you’re not doing wings anymore. They were the best in Kingsport!!
Give the customer heads up on the size of the barbeque sandwich. Especially if it's carry out. I was terribly disappointed.

Earlier today I posted a bad review about our experience today. That post was made was out of a quick and uninformed opinion by me. After going inside I UNDERSTOOD they train of thought. NOW onto a TRUE review. The only thing to improve on is maybe have someone come out and EXPLAIN the situation. Best Quesidilla ever! Awesome Servers!
worst experience we have had. This was our first and the last time going. my husband paid 10 dollars for one plate of food from the Buffet. He went to the restroom and came back and the food was gone. He was not asked if he was done and the waitress didnt ask either. she said he had desert because of the bowl on the table which was mine. Supposibly a new person was working and they did not tell us the buffet went down at 3, if they did then we would have gotten more food.
