I lived here in the 90s when I was younger and starting out life, and it was a very nice place to live. Clean, quiet, and friendly neighbors, including my neighbor Connie, who, on behalf of the other neighbors who were appalled that I had NO CURTAINS (I was young as I mentioned and starting out) chipped in and bought me some! lived here for 15 years and they never came in to fix carpets. always had leaks in the ceiling from the our neighbors toliet overflooding disgusting. My daughter's room stunk like rotten eggs due to the fact that they never came in to fix the walls due to the mold that was caused by the water that leaked. My son could not play outside without anyone giving complaints. The picnic table was taken out because people were complaining about us cooking outside. Lived there for 6 years. Was extremely nice there for a long while. After a new office manager took over , everything went downhill. The back parking lot is used as a public toilet by thee polyester and most delivery service personnel. 99% NOT kid friendly. Packages get stolen consistently and calling for ANY type of repairs takes an arm and a leg to get fulfilled.
