On 10/11/2021, I signed a contract with Rentokil North America o provide lawn care services for the year 2022. I made a total advance payment for 2022 services on that date in the amount of $325.37 by personal check. Said check cleared my bank on 10/21/21. I January of 2022, Rentokil discontinued there lawn care service and transferred there client list to another company (Senske Services in Kennewick,WA). Requested service for a pest issue only. Salesman tried to sell us a monthly program that included service for insects as well, etc. We said might be interested and would look at the information but never signed up or agree to the service. We've been charged for two months now. We continue to call and call and call to get the charges stopped and credited to no avail. Rentokil is not worth even one star. I have had issues with this company since it bought out the local company I was using. Most recently, I received multiple bills in varying amounts for the same service. Even though I call the customer service number and am assured that I have no outstanding balance, the bills keep coming. I have no confidence in Presto-X, Rentokil, or any other name with which they may be associated and am cancelling service.

Rentokil North America Ehrlich is the worst pest control company ever! It has extremely bad customer service. I kept calling them many times to resolve a small problem. At the end nobody helped. I stopped being their customer for a long while. I even have a Confirmation# 65287 as proof. They continue harassing me demending money. I'm upset and tired.

Terrible Customer service. I had an appointment scheduled in the morning on Weds. for a Termite inspection for a house refinancing . Nobody showed up. No call or anything. I called them and they said somebody would call me. Nobody did. A couple hours later, I called them back and they said a manager should call me and my appointment was moved to the afternoon, somebody should be out. No call and nobody showed up. After using Ehrlich services for over 15 years, I experienced multiple billing issues when they updated their billing system in late January. I set up payment through the new system and was billed $64.15 on February 11, 2022 on my Visa card. I received an email on February 14, 2022, notifying me that I had also been billed $60.16 through my checking account. I am very disappointed with the management and customer service in LA county (Van Nuys city) location. Manager Andy is a scammer. I was sent a service technician to service the house and remove rodents and the service guy showed up on for Andy to tell me there will be additional fees even though the service is covered under my membership umbrella. Scammer! Watch out!

I stopped doing business with this company after two visits. When I contacted them about service my pest problem they explained their charges and come to find out what they told me was not what they did. I was told the first visit was a certain amount and if I have them back later the charge would be approximately 50.00 a visit. The first visit was over $200.00 with the tax and then any subsequent visit would be the $50 plus tax.
