2 years and still waiting on my "Pratt peace of mind" warranty.
While I like my house, overall, there are a number of items/issues that were supposed to be completed prior to closing that (almost 90 days later) I am still waiting to be resolved. I am posting this note in the hopes that someone from Pratt will get back to me and get my list completed... Once the short list of outstanding items is completed to my satisfaction, I would be more than happy to post another review of Pratt Home Builders. Thank you.
