As we speak I’m going through the most horrible experience in my life. That is actually suppose to be the happiest for a home builder. In tears and throwing up, because they DO NOT COMMUNICATE between the first production meeting and the second one. You would think everything I picked out at my 1st Production meeting would get put in the system. Why have a meeting to pick everything out and I took pictures, if it’s not going to be in my house. Pratt built my house and did a wonderful job, everything went smooth, they got me in a design center and we picked out everything for the house before it was built also I'm a loan officer that has a joint venture with Pratt, all sales staff is fast and walks the customer thru the process, I would recommend everyone to go to the subdivisions they are building in and find the sales person and then call me to get approved for a mortgage
Pratt Homebuilders is great to work with! They try their best to accommodate clients wants and have a smooth transaction.
Very poor quality homes and a dishonest company.
RecommendedWe had an interesting experience being a US Navy family doing the process from Hawaii! The team worked hard with us to make it as easy as possible (building houses isn’t easy). We still have some things to get wrapped up 2 weeks after closing but Don and Kevin have been great working with us and getting stuff taken care of promptly.
Very Disappointed, I will be posting pictures soon!
