I wish I could post a photo but we ate it! As an expat I felt the need to cook beef, kidney and Guinness pie for St. Patrick's day. Called around, Prather Ranch was the only place with kidneys on the shelf :) Trust me - it doesn't taste the same without them :) they also provided chuck steak that was the texture and quality of filet mignon. Substituted their flaked lard for butter in my ancient recipe for flaky pastry...awesome :)
