We were driving back from Houston after a long day and had our hearts set on Prasek’s. We were really wanting a chopped beef sandwich as I remember them being really good, stacked and tasty. I ordered 3 sandwiches and all three looked like we were given a small scoop of what looked like blended Pate meat. It was gross. I will admit it’s been years since I don’t make it to Houston as often but that’s not how I remembered their beef Sandwiches. I've always gotten brisket or sausage but today I got an old fashioned cheeseburger and it was meaty and seasoned to perfection. Very good

Brisket was very salty and ribs had very little meat on them.
Everything about Prasek’s is good💯
So much bigger that when we went in the early 90's. we got the last loaf of jalapeno, sausage bread, our favorite thing.
