I'm a 82 year old women that has had almost unbearable pain from shoulder problems , mostly arthritis, for years. I finally decided to go see Dr. Sawardeker because I had heard really good things about him. Best thing I ever did. Since he did the total reverse shoulder replacement 6 weeks ago I feel great. No pain at all. Not taking anything for pain since the surgery. A slight ache if I overdue things, but that's all. Excellent surgeon.

Dr Sawardeker was AMAZING! I was 51 yrs old and broke my shoulder in 2 places. I had surgery Jan 14, 2019 and with PT, I was bk to work February 5th. I would recommend him, did a GREAT job for me!

What a surgeon, really an expert at what he does. Hands down probably the best in North Dakota. I read the reviews on here before seeing him. He did not disappoint. His bedside manner is amazing. I’ve seen surgeons before and they were arrogant and pompous. This guy is modest but still the best at what he does. Wish all my doctors where like him. Thanks for giving me a pain free shoulder Dr S!!
He saved my left hand from a infection from a stray dog bite. I am now getting my right ring finger fixed by him. One of the best surgeon's out there. Takes time to listen to you and answer all your concerns about the surgery.

Dr. Sawardeker and his team did an excellent job on my shoulder repair they we went above and beyond after my surgery helping me with insurance claims and visits where the best the doctor is very thorough and takes the time to explain to you in terms you understand my hats off to the doctor and his team and his nurse Natalie is the best I would recommend them to everyone I was in such pain for years and 5 months post-op I am pain free and I can now sleep at night

Dr. Sawardeker completed surgery on my right elbow for a ulnar nerve release on June 7th. I am more than pleased. It is now September 10th & the pain in my elbow is long gone. I am currently an active duty Navy sailor. He is, without question, the most professional, courteous and caring MD I have ever dealt with. The strength in my elbow is now back to full strength. I would recommend him a thousand times to anyone looking for an exceptional ortho surgeon in the Fargo area. NCC Doug Doxsee

I have never had a doctor who was so warm and caring, eager to explain and make sure I understand what did or what will happen. Follow up visits are a delight. I could not have had a more super sugeon

The 1st day it was incredible after surgery 3 hours I can move all my fingers flex my wrist,no brace. and NO numbness or pain all night and after the 2nd day I can pick up a 3 pound cantaloupe flex my wrist pain is almost totally gone this dr is incredible 15 stars!!!!!!!!!!!
