Dr. Sawardeker performed a total reverse complete shoulder replacement for me. I had a 30 year history of problems with my shoulder and was very apprehensive about this surgery. My first visit with him I appreciated his forth rightness and truthfulness on the condition of my shoulder. He's very easy to talk to. After the success of the right shoulder I'm having the left one done by him as well. I trust him completely,
An office visit with him is like visiting a favorite family member. He is very kind and sympathetic; you feel at ease discussing your situation. He is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise, a wonderful surgeon. He makes sure you have everything you need. As a nurse I have worked with many physicians and he is one of the absolute best. He is perfect!
I was dealing with two issues hand and Shoulder Dr Sawardecke worked with me to schedule my surgeries to be close as he could, he knew I had been dealing with both for a long time wanted to help me, I couldn't of ask for more accommodating team. 2017 dr reattached my torn tendon on my elbow. To this day it is 100%. 2022 dr rebuilt my shoulder rotator cuff, stitching the supraspinatus back together, repairing the glenoid, AC joint repair, removed my long head biceps tendon from the bad glenoid and reattached it by a process called Tenodesis. I am still rehabbing but after 4 1/2 months of stretching, weights, elastic band workout therapy i am doing everything with no pain and getting stronger. Dr. Sawardeker and his team have taken wonderful care of me, through quite an accident. They repaired a broken wrist, broken ankle, and shoulder injuries, including a torn rotator cuff. I am jogging a mile and a half on the ankle; the wrist is close to fully operational (and will get there in time); and the shoulder/rotator cuff is responding well to aggressive OT.
