Prairiewoods Franciscan Spirituality Center is an eco-spirituality retreat and conference center located on 70 acres of woods and prairie in Hiawatha, Iowa. We welcome people of all faiths and cultures to walk our trails, get a massage or spiritual direction, participate in a program or retreat, buy a spiritual gift in our Gift Shop, or simply be in the beauty of nature. HOURS: Prairiewoods is always open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on weekdays, but we are also open most evenings and weekends. Please call for specific hours.

Beautiful peaceful sanctuary of generosity and love!
Beautiful people and a beautiful facility. We were there for the Native Flute school and festival and were blown away by the presenters, the food and the performance facilities.
A wonderful oasis amid the urban jungle.
