Prairiewoods Franciscan Spirituality Center is an eco-spirituality retreat and conference center located on 70 acres of woods and prairie in Hiawatha, Iowa. We welcome people of all faiths and cultures to walk our trails, get a massage or spiritual direction, participate in a program or retreat, buy a spiritual gift in our Gift Shop, or simply be in the beauty of nature. HOURS: Prairiewoods is always open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on weekdays, but we are also open most evenings and weekends. Please call for specific hours.

I have been to other facilities for our tai chi training. Prairiewoods has definitely raised the bar. The food was very good. The staff was friendly. The guest house was well equipped, spacious and clean.
