While I didn’t live in this particular unit I can speak about the company you will be renting through as I had experience with the regional manager as well as the president and they would be the ones overseeing this complex. If you have the opportunity to choose from any other rental management company. I would choose to do so. In my renting history, I have never had an experience as awful as renting through Christopherson Properties. Nice safe place. I love the staff. I wouldnt change anything!
We have lived here for about 2 1/2 years. Have been very happy. Rent is moderately priced compared to similar properties. All staff very professional and helpful. Handicapped signage at the 4010 Building does need to be addressed though.
The staff are very friendly professional. Moderate priced. A lot of amenities for the price.
