Everything was extremely well 10 out of 10. Especially the office manager Megan. Dr Ibrahim did an extraction and I felt nothing! He is so gentle.

Dr Shaikh was 20 minutes late for an appointment that only lasts 30 minutes. I did receive an email notice that there was a new doctor but there’s also a whole new team. My favorite hygienist, Daniel, is no longer there. They have a new cleaning procedure and the Dentist now does the cleaning with a water pick. It didn’t feel as thorough- they only cleaned the front of my teeth. I understand new cleaning technology but it felt off. Front Desk and hygienist were very friendly and on time. I’ll give it one more chance.

Very clean, friendly & efficient. No pain during work done including, cavities, crown replacement, extractions & implant. Highly recommended.

The recent visit was not acceptable. The staff arrived at 9am to open the office for a 9am appointment. The man, Freddy, who was answering the phone is not at all customer service oriented. I work in the health care service industry and when I mentioned that the office should be open prior to the appointment time, he told me " I can run my business the way I wish, but this is how they run theirs."
