The staff is very knowledgeable and amazing! I was very impressed the first time I took my dog there. They are very thorough & honest with cost and procedures needed/ recommended. I feel comfortable taking my dog there. I highly recommend if you're looking for a veterinarian. Another cool thing is that you can schedule appointments online, as well as, order you pets medication through their approved online pharmacy.
The staff and veterinarians here are absolutely amazing. Not only do they know their profession but they are also warm and caring. They always do all they can to accommodate your schedules, try to remember your pets names and make sure that both you and your pet are comfortable. They always call to let you know that your pets procedure went well or to check in on your pet the next day. They ensure that the costs and billing are clear and fair. Great staff and very caring towards furry kids.
Dr. Tilges and all of the staff are amazing, professional, compassionate people. I know that my dogs are in good hands with them. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our fur babies and everyone there helped us feel loved and understood as we went through that transition. I can't thank them enough for the compassion and grace they showed us.
I'm a first time dog owner and they answer all my questions. My dog is a nervous nelly and they always remember what works best for him. For annual appointments they give you a run down of what is recommended with pricing when appointment begins so no surprises when you go to pay either. Love the people too.

Our dogs absolutely love going to Prairie View Animal Hospital, and I tend to agree with them. Every single staff member is wonderful with our pets, and they are are so calm and welcoming. Our dog was diagnosed with cancer recently after moving to this area, and thanks to the staff and their quick and thorough treatment, he is doing well and back to his old self. Can't thank everyone at PVAH for caring for an important part of our family.
